For anyone who missed it first time round, the virtual version of Logistics UK’s renowned 2022 Transport Manager conferences will be available on demand until 10 December, to enable transport managers across the country to access all the information and guidance on legislation that they need, even if they are unable to attend an event in person.
Virtual Transport Manager follows a similar format to the in-person events currently being held around the country, providing all the compliance and regulatory information the industry-leading conferences are known for.
Logistics UK is delighted to have secured the involvement of the Traffic Commissioners for the whole series of events, both virtual and live, who will talk about their priorities for the year ahead and how to avoid non-compliance. The packed programme also includes the Transport Manager calendar, a compliance update, and sessions on vehicle in-service standards, managing safety technology, driving down the cost of your fleet insurance, technology and the balance of risk, and preparing your fleet for electrification.
Chris Yarsley, Road Freight Regulation Policy Manager, Logistics UK, said: “Transport Manager is well established in the industry as a great place to gain all the briefing information you need. The online version is an ideal way to keep your knowledge and expertise up to date, even if you don’t have time to attend one of the conferences in person, so anyone who missed it the first time round can now book themselves on.”
It’s still not too late to attend Transport Manager in person, with live events still to take place in Cardiff on 24 November and Coventry on 1 December. To find out more and book a place at any of the events – virtual or live – priced at £295 + VAT for Logistics UK members and £395 + VAT for non-members, please visit https://logistics.org.uk/transport-manager.
The Transport Manager 2022 conference series is sponsored by Brigade Electronics, with bronze sponsors WTW and Weightmans, and supported by VARTA Batteries by Clarios.
